Press Operators - Responsible for operating computer-controlled punch press machines to produce precision metal parts while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.


Pay Rate & Scheduled:

• $18.00 per hour and up (Based on Experience)
• 1st Shift- Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift - Monday – Friday: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Operate punch press machines using prewritten machine programs
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or metalworking experience required
• Experience operating punch press equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production paperwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Identify and report defects or production issues
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 6S standards
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed
