Title: 2nd Shift Press Operator (TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT)
Pay: $16/HOUR- Pay will increase to $18 on 2nd shift

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Flexo Press Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain a Mark Andy Flexographic Printing Press. Responsible for producing complete specialized print orders in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures. Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output. Work closely with team members to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting rotary die to print registration
- Monitors print quality during production run to ensure quality standards
- Holding accuracy and attention to detail, verifying processes and work performed
- Providing excellent communication, customer service and good team working skills
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports
- Calibrate equipment as needed and perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or escalate to maintenance when necessary
- Maintaining an organized, safe and clean work environment
- Working independently and within a team, in a fast-paced production environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Prefer 1+ year experience in Flexographic Printing.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical documents, and machine manuals
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Resourceful and willing to independently learn new skills and techniques associated with the operation of equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights or weekends if required
