Job Title: Press Operator


Pay: $20.00 per hour


Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Press Operator, you'll role purpose. You'll work closely with your team to deliver results that make a difference.





What You’ll Do


As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for

• Safely operate manufacturing machinery while strictly following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Pour crumb rubber from mixers into buckets weighing up to 50 lbs, following precise process specifications.
• Fill molds with raw materials, ensuring consistent quality and proper placement for optimal output.
• Close presses using dual-hand safety controls to prevent accidents and protect yourself and coworkers.
• Inspect finished products for defects and confirm they meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.
  
• Stack and stage parts onto pallets for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitor multiple presses to meet daily production goals with close attention to detail.
• Perform accurate material and product counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a warm, steady-paced work environment while following all safety procedures.
