Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Press Operator to join our team in Warren, MI. We have an opening on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Progressive or transfer press experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Load, operate, program, and set progressive and tranfer presses
- Set up and operate various types of presses, including hydraulic and mechanical presses.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
