    We are seeking a skilled and dependable Press Line Operator to join a leading manufacturer on 3rd shift (M-Th, 4/10's, 10pm-8am). In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a large-format steel rule die press line to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications and production requirements.

    The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Start up, set up, operate, troubleshoot, and adjust press line equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.
    • Load bulk rolls onto the unwind station and prepare materials for processing through the press line.
    • Install, align, and remove steel rule dies as required for production runs.
    • Create and maintain "Make Ready" templates to ensure consistent blade pressure and cutting quality.
    • Monitor production continuously to identify defects and prevent non-conforming products from being palletized or shipped.
    • Ensure products are properly palletized, packaged, and labeled according to company standards.
    • Perform quality control inspections and accurately document inspection results.
    • Make necessary process adjustments when products fall outside customer specifications.
    • Read and execute production schedules in the most efficient manner while maintaining quality standards.
    • Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
    • Follow all company safety policies, work instructions, and operating procedures.
    • Assist with other production-related duties as assigned by management.
    Qualifications and Skills Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Ability to read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and specifications.
    • Experience using measuring devices, including:
      • Tape measures
      • Calipers
      • Micrometers
      • Other precision measuring instruments
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
    • Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools for machine setup and operation.
    • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
    • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to written procedures.
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in the die-cutting industry.
    • Forklift/tow motor operating experience.
    • Forklift certification.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Previous manufacturing or press operation experience.

    • Occasionally move objects exceeding 100 pounds with assistance.
    • Maintain close attention to detail while working around moving machinery.
    • Possess visual abilities including:
