    Partners Personnel is seeking a Press Brake Operator for a manufacturing company in Lake Mary, FL.

    This position is ideal for a skilled operator with experience in metal fabrication and CNC machinery. The Press Brake Operator is responsible for producing high-quality formed parts while maintaining safety, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate computer-controlled press brake machines to form metal parts
    • Read and interpret blueprints and production documents
    • Load and run programs to produce correct parts and quantities
    • Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
    • Ensure materials meet production requirements before use
    • Perform basic machine setup and adjustments (offsets)
    • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and alarms
    • Complete production, quality, and timekeeping documentation
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area (6S standards)
    • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
    • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
    • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
    • Experience using precision measuring tools
    • Basic machine operation and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Stand for extended periods during shift

    Work Environment & Safety

    • Manufacturing/production environment
    • Safety shoes, safety glasses, and gloves required at all times
    • Hearing protection required in designated areas
    • Exposure to machinery, noise, and production materials
