Description
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing machine shop in Raleigh who is looking for a Press Brake Supervisor to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 7am-3:45pm Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Press Brake Operators while operating and running Press Brake equipment according to specifications and drawings.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Ensure quality control and accuracy in all production processes.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
4 plus years experience operating CNC Press Brake equipment.
Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Previous background fabricating custom parts and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
