Press Brake Operator

Optimum Staffing Solutions is partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Springtown, TX that is looking to add a Press Brake Operator to their team!

Skills you need:

• Minimum 2 years of press brake operating experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• CNC press brake experience is a plus

What you will do:

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Select proper tooling and machine settings to meet production requirements
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Perform first piece, in process, and final inspections
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate equipment concerns as needed
• Work closely with fabrication, welding, and production teams to meet deadlines
