We are seeking a skilled and motivated Press Brake Operators to join our team in Templeton, MA. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of machines and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to achieve desired tolerances and finishes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing preferred.
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
