Penmac Staffing is hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for a manufacturing facility in the Russellville area. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous press brake or metal fabrication experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and producing quality sheet metal components.## Requirements for the Press Brake Operator

• Previous press brake operating experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and scales
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities including pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reaching

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities

• Operate press brake equipment to fabricate sheet metal parts
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate production
• Perform machine setups and assist with adjustments as needed
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintain accurate production paperwork and documentation
• Package completed parts for shipment
• Follow all safety procedures, job safety analyses, and standard operating procedures
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Assist in other departments as needed

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and fumes
• Fast-paced environment with moving machinery and sharp materials
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion activities
