Press Brake Operator
Location: Columbus, NE
Pay: $22.00-25.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Shift: 3: 00 PM-1: 30 AM

What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC press brakes to form parts according to blueprints and work orders
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints and bend charts
Select appropriate tooling, punches and dies for production runs
Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
Make program and setup adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Maintain tight tolerances and consistent part quality
Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections
Keep work areas clean, organized and safe
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with other fabrication duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of press brake operating experience
Setup experience required
Strong blueprint reading skills
Experience using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges and other precision measuring tools
Understanding of bend allowances, forming techniques and material characteristics
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cincinnati and/or Accurpress equipment
Technical certification or diploma from a trade or technical school
High School Diploma or GED
