Location: Columbus, NE
Pay: $22.00-25.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Shift: 3: 00 PM-1: 30 AM

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC press brakes to form parts according to blueprints and work orders

  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints and bend charts

  • Select appropriate tooling, punches and dies for production runs

  • Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks

  • Make program and setup adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

  • Maintain tight tolerances and consistent part quality

  • Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections

  • Keep work areas clean, organized and safe

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Assist with other fabrication duties as assigned
Equipment You'll Work With

  • 135-Ton Cincinnati Maxform

  • 60-Ton Cincinnati Proform

  • 400-Ton Accurpress
What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of press brake operating experience

  • Setup experience required

  • Strong blueprint reading skills

  • Experience using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges and other precision measuring tools

  • Understanding of bend allowances, forming techniques and material characteristics

  • Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Cincinnati and/or Accurpress equipment

  • Technical certification or diploma from a trade or technical school

  • High School Diploma or GED
