    This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive to assume the role of President of a US-based subsidiary operating within the industrial environmental solutions sector. Leading a team of approximately 48 professionals and overseeing a growing revenue base, the President will serve asthe senior-most leader in the region, driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. This individual will be the cultural cornerstone of the organization - a leader of extraordinary presence, emotional intelligence, and business acumen who can inspire teams, cultivate client trust, and navigate a complex global matrix with diplomacy and resolve.     Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide visionary leadership across all business functions, setting the tone for organizational culture and performance.
    • Develop and execute annual and multi-year strategic plans aligned with global corporate objectives.
    • Oversee end-to-end operations including engineering, project management, procurement, production, and service delivery.
    • Drive regional sales strategy across the US, Canada, and Mexico, serving as the senior commercial ambassador.
    • Engage directly with strategic clients to strengthen relationships and expand market presence.
    • Champion cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and sales teams.
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including adjacent industrial sectors.
    • Serve as the financial interface between the regional operation and global headquarters, ensuring transparency in planning, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Drive profitability through disciplined cost management and strategic investment decisions.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, establishing KPIs and accountability structures.
    • Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
    • Implement and continuously improve operational workflows, processes, and systems including ERP adoption.
    • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, labor, and governance standards.
    • Represent the organization in global leadership meetings and reporting cadences.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with international headquarters and global partners through regular travel and communication.
    Qualifications
    Required
    • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role within industrial engineering, environmental technology, or a related sector.
    • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering operational and financial results.
    • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational discipline.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with demonstrated success managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
    • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approximately 25-40%), including visits to North American and European locations.
    Preferred
    • Experience in industrial wastewater treatment, paper industry, or related environmental solutions sectors.
    • Familiarity with ERP system implementation and change management.
    • Experience managing within a global matrix organization with international headquarters.
    • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
