JOB TITLE: Presentation Automation & Reporting Solutions Engineer
JOB LOCATION: 100% Remote
WAGE RANGE*: 85-90hr W2
JOB NUMBER: 5719
6+ Months to start
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Summary
The team is seeking a resource to assess and redesign an existing data quality reporting process that is currently manual, time-consuming, and heavily dependent on PowerPoint-based executive reporting. The goal is to automate and streamline the end-to-end process from data sources through executive presentation delivery, while maintaining presentation quality and enabling meaningful qualitative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand the current reporting process without a predefined requirements document.
Work with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Design and implement a scalable solution that reduces manual effort and shortens reporting cycle times.
Create a streamlined pipeline from data sources and repositories through Power BI to executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
Develop repeatable methods for producing executive reporting across 60+ reports.
Improve data presentation and visualization to support both quantitative reporting and qualitative executive storytelling.
Design underlying data structures, answer sets, and reporting frameworks to support ongoing reporting and remediation activities.
Key Challenges to Solve
Reduce manual work involved in collecting, processing, and reporting data quality metrics.
Automate the transition from data repositories and dashboards into executive presentation materials.
Avoid simply copying Power BI visuals into PowerPoint; create more compelling and visually engaging executive reporting formats.
Enable analysts and report owners to customize presentation elements while maintaining consistency.
Scale reporting production across 60+ reports and multiple presentation formats.
Environment & Context
Large organization with a highly PowerPoint-centric executive reporting culture.
Reports focus on enterprise data quality and data management rather than banking-specific subject matter.
Existing teams are already building dashboards and utilizing Power BI, but much of the executive reporting process remains manual.
Potential applicability across both reporting and ongoing remediation efforts.
Project Scope & Duration
Initial focus is solution design and implementation rather than long-term operational support.
Expectation is that the resource will establish the framework, automate the process, and transition ownership after implementation.
At least 2 interview rounds expected, in addition to supplier screening.
Success Outcome
The resource can provide automated reporting that transforms data quality results into high-quality executive presentations with minimal manual intervention, improved visual storytelling, and faster end-to-end delivery.
Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities
