As a Lead Teacher, you’ll guide your classroom team, bring curriculum to life, and create a safe, engaging environment where children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Lead and support your classroom team through modeling and coaching
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
Foster a warm, engaging learning environment for young children
Partner with families through regular communication and conferences
Ensure compliance with all center, state, and city regulations
At least2 years of childcare or lead teaching experience
Strong understanding of child development
Confident communicator and collaborative team leader
Passion for early childhood education
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Design and implement a developmentally appropriate Pre-K curriculum aligned with early learning standards
Lead and mentor your classroom team through modeling and coaching

Build strong partnerships with families through consistent communication
Ensure compliance with all center, state, and city requirements
At least2 years of Pre-K or lead teaching experience
Strong knowledge of early literacy, math, and social-emotional development
Confident classroom management and team leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
