About the Job: Calvary Triad Academy is a private Christian school with an early learning center serving children ages 2 to 4. We are seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Teacher to help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide care, supervision, and age-appropriate learning experiences for children ages 2 to 4.
Plan and lead activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and age-appropriate independence.
Communicate professionally with parents and families about children's development and classroom activities.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
Follow school policies and early childhood safety and care practices.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Candidates with an early childhood credential and significant preschool or early childhood experience will also be considered.
Experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare, or early learning setting is preferred.
Ability to provide a caring, patient, and supportive environment for young children.
Commitment to working in a faith-based educational environment.
