Availability & Opening Timeline: Please note that this position is for a center scheduled to open later in Summer 2026. Final start dates and onboarding timelines will align with licensing approval, enrollment readiness, and operational needs leading up to opening.

$25.50–$29.15/hr · $1,000 Sign-on bonus

San Mateo · Full-time · Monday to Friday

Create a nurturing, engaging classroom at Meaningful Beginnings, a Reggio Emilia–inspired early learning community in San Francisco and San Mateo. You’ll support children’s curiosity, independence, and kindergarten readiness through play-based learning and strong relationships.

You’ll:

• Provide warm, responsive care and support daily routines
• Support play-based learning and kindergarten readiness
• Encourage curiosity, communication, creativity, and independence
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom
• Follow Title 22, health, and safety requirements
• Collaborate with the classroom team and participate in training

You have:

• 12 ECE units, or willing to take classes
• Experience working with preschool-age children preferred
• Knowledge of preschool development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Warm communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

You’ll get:
