Responsibilities:

• Implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to build a strong community.
• Encourage creativity and exploration through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Conduct regular assessments to track children's progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
• Background check clearance required prior to employment.
