Pay:$22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Andover is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated early childhood educators. Our preschool classrooms provide a fun, engaging environment where children develop the confidence, independence, and foundational skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.

What You'll Do
- Lead engaging preschool classroom activities using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Foster early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development through hands-on learning
- Create a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom where every child can thrive
- Guide children through daily routines, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions
- Observe children's developmental progress and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education
- Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
