SOUTH AMBOY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

PRESCHOOL LUNCH AIDE

Position Start Date: 9/3/2026

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with children and adults and to perform assigned duties
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
  • Bilingual preferred.

REPORTS TO: Principal

SUPERVISES: Students

RATE OF PAY: $17 per hour up to 10 hours per week.

Appointment is at the discretion of the South Amboy Board of Education. If, and when, an appointment is made, appropriate staff will be notified.
