Job Summary:

This position is for a Preschool Fiscal Specilaist for the 2026/2027 school year

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Three years or more of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, or budget management. Background in governmental or school district finance is highly preferred.
  • High proficiency in spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and ability to use financial/student information systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also essential.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public.
  • Ability to maintain essential records and files.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Must have the ability to read, write and speak English effectively
  • Criminal history background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status
