We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool and ensure a nurturing and enriching experience for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preschool operations, including staffing, budgeting, and program development.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and stay informed on industry standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a preschool or early childhood setting.
- In-depth knowledge of state licensing regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The Goddard School provides the foundation to encourage a child's lifelong love of learning .In our warm, caring atmosphere, dedicated teachers support the development of children from 6 weeks to 8 years old. Our year round program offers families the choice of either half day or full day schedule.
