The Learning Experience is looking for a passionate a Childcare Director to lead our Bon Air school. We're seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, heart, and strong leadership skills to create a culture where children thrive, teachers grow, and families feel at home.

What You'll Do
- Lead a fun, engaging, and high-performing school culture where Happy Happens Here
- Recruit, coach, and develop an exceptional team of educators
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure licensing compliance and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
- Drive enrollment growth through tours, community partnerships, and family engagement
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, and financial performance
- Support teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and creating meaningful learning experiences
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have at least 1 year of childcare center leadership experience (2+ years preferred)
- Understand Virginia licensing regulations and center operations
- Hold (or qualify for) Virginia Director credentials
- Have a passion for early childhood education and team development
- Bring a bubbly, positive, can-do attitude that inspires others
- Love celebrating successes, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences for families and staff
