We're looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated prep team/back-of-house manager to lead our kitchen prep operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the prep team, ensuring recipes and food-quality standards are followed, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing daily prep needs and inventory, and keeping the team productive and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who works well in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and isn't afraid to jump in and work alongside the team. Must be available full-time and work Saturdays. PREVIOUS RESTAURANT OR KITCHEN LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

This location is one of the originals to the franchise and we are looking for a hospitality professional to help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service.
