Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with authentic Peruvian flavors.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages
• Preparation and storage of essential restaurant components
• Creation and adoption of new and old recipes
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Participate in special events and menu rotations.
