Job SummaryWe’re looking for a dependable, energetic Prep Cook to prepare fresh Greek food, learn our recipes, and keep the kitchen ready for service. Bring a positive attitude and pride in your work—we’ll provide training and opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients and menu items following recipes and portion standards.
- Use safe knife techniques and kitchen practices.
- Monitor stock, anticipate prep needs, and replenish items before they run low.
- Plan prep quantities with the team to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Label, date, rotate, and store food correctly.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications- Positive attitude, dependability, and a team-first mindset.
- Good knife skills preferred.
- Ability to learn recipes quickly, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and accuracy.
- Experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train you!
- Valid food-handler certificate preferred; otherwise, complete a accredited course within 30 days of employment.
