The Granite Grill in Richmond, Virginia, is hiring part-time and full-time prep cooks to join the opening kitchen team of this highly anticipated, new full-service restaurant! We are looking for dedicated, organized, and efficient culinary professionals who are passionate about food preparation and enjoy being part of a fast-paced kitchen environment. Prep cooks will receive training on our kitchen procedures, ingredient specifications, and company standards to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional dishes to our guests. The opening of the restaurant is targeted for late October.

About The Granite GrillThe Granite Grill is an upscale, classic American grill located in the Stoney Point Shopping Center at Huguenot and Forest Hill Avenue. Our menu features seafood, steaks, signature burgers, salads, and familiar appetizers deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. Our stylish new space includes a well-stocked bar, spacious covered patio, comfy leather booths, and a cozy private event space. Our focus on exceptional service and consistent food and drink creates an experience that turns guests into regulars. The Granite Grill is owned and operated by Big Kitchen Hospitality, a Richmond-based company since 2013. Our other restaurants include Tazza Kitchen and Conejo.
