We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Contract Prep Cook to join our team at our Richmond, VA location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and portion ingredients for meals according to recipes and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes as directed by the head chef
• Monitor stock levels and notify the kitchen manager of any shortages
• Properly store and label food items to ensure freshness and prevent cross-contamination
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
