Prep Cook, Part-time (Saint Anselm College)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Prep Cook, Part-time at Saint Anselm College - Davison Dining Hall in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Uniforms are provided as well as a free meal while working. Our school is on the bus route. We offer free college tuition after one year of employment and have great opportunities for growth within our company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
• Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
• Manage food inventory when necessary
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

Requirements:

• Culinary experience or education preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and food presentations skills
• Customer service focused nature
