The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing and following standardized recipes. The Prep Cook will be a functioning member of the kitchen team and will interact with other staff members and guests as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares and portions various menu items.
• Understands the different cooking procedures and techniques for various menu items.
• Keeps work areas safe, clean, and organized. 
• Adheres to food safety standards.
• Collaborates with other staff to produce pizzas efficiently. 
• Monitors and restocks cleaning supplies as needed. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Possess culinary skills with knowledge in dough preparation and sauce/topping application. 
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced enviornment. 
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
