Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned:
-Fulfilling the service per each Food Order or BEO-Preparing and cooking food as needed using grills, fryer, knives, etc.-Preps all necessary food item for the daily service as directed-Production of high quality food with excellent taste and follows presentation standards-Breaks down stations and stores all food properly
-Wash and sanitize all flatware and glassware, kitchen utensils, supplies and equipment
-Maintain safety, sanitation and health code standards
-Organize and re-stock dishes, small wares, utensils, kitchen supplies and equipment
-Maintain direct communication with kitchen staff, advising of inventory levels, breakage and proper operation of equipment
-Wash, sanitize and proper storage of all carts, racks, hot boxes etc
-Properly dispose of trash and recyclables in assigned places
-Keep work area free of spills and food debris on floor
-Follow proper guidelines for the safe and sanitary operation of the dish machine
-Must be able to keep up in a fast paced environment-Must prepare recipes as directed-Must take direction well-Maintain clean safe working environment
