Prep Cook Dietary Aide

Status:  60 hours per pay period
Shift:  Days/Evenings/Weekends

Our Dietary Department is endeared by our staff, patients, families and community members.  This hard working group of dietary professionals provide exceptional meals for patients, employees and members of the Sandpoint community. They keep a well maintained, sanitized cafeteria and kitchen area and are a collaborative and connected team. 

This position is responsible for meal preparation for patients, cafeteria and meetings and participates in quality control and improvement.

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent 

Certification:                                                                                                                      Idaho Food Handlers Card         

Experience:
Experience:  One (1) year experience in institutional cooking and knowledge of therapeutic diets and cooking preferred
