We are looking for a Prep Cook to join our team at The Saint in The Design District! The Saint experience focuses on fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and options for vegetarians and vegans.
 
 What we are looking for:

• Manage the quality of food items.
• Assisting kitchen with all food preparation. 
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
•  Monitor and check daily food logs.
•  Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO.
•  Must have Food Handler Safety Card.
•  Check in delivers correctly and check for spoilage.
•  Must be able to assist with cleaning projects.
• Must be able to multitask and complete prep lists in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate:

• Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
• Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products.
• Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
