Prep Cook

 

A prep cook is capable of adhering to standardized recipes and can execute all items of the prep list with efficiency while maintaining a clean work environment and practicing food safety measures. 

 

Good communication skills, must be able to read and understand recipes, be well organized and work with a sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, must have a good sense of self motivation to complete daily tasks, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, be a team player and work will with others, follow direction and be a reliable worker. 

 

As required: putting away stock, cleaning, other duties designated by management team.
