About the Role
We are looking for two part-time Prep Cooks to join the kitchen team at Chaka s Plantbaed Cafe in Serenbe. This is a hands-on prep role in a small, high-quality whole-food kitchen. You will work alongside the Kitchen Manager and line team to prepare fresh ingredients, batch cook, and keep the kitchen organized and ready for service.
What You ll Do
Execute daily prep tasks including vegetable breakdown, batch cooking, and portioning
Handle specialty ingredient preparation including mushroom breakdown and sauce prep
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout your shift
Support the kitchen team with any prep needs before and during service
Follow all recipes, portioning cards, and prep protocols to standard
What We re Looking For
Some kitchen or food prep experience preferred
Reliable and detail-oriented precision in prep matters
Team player comfortable in a small, close-knit kitchen
Flexible availability for 2 3 set days per week
Requirements
Valid Georgia Food Handler Certificate before first shift
Signed Plantbaed Inc. Confidentiality & Non-Replication Agreement before first shift
