    About the Role

    We are seeking professional, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Premium Guest Services Advisor. In this position, you will assist clients who are looking for well-planned, high-quality vacation experiences by helping them explore options, coordinate arrangements, and stay informed throughout the planning process.

    This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy providing personalized service, researching destinations, and managing important details with care. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, vacation style, budget, priorities, and special requests.
    • Research premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, activities, and other vacation options using approved supplier resources.
    • Assist with coordinating selected arrangements while keeping confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information organized.
    • Deliver attentive guest support by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
    • Review booking information for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
