    About the Role

    We are seeking attentive, highly organized individuals to join our remote team as Premium Client Care Specialist. This position centers on supporting clients who value thoughtful service, clear communication, and well-coordinated vacation arrangements.

    You will help guide clients through the planning process by researching suitable options, organizing selected services, and making sure important details are handled accurately from beginning to end. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather information about each client's travel preferences, destination interests, dates, budget, priorities, and special requests.
    • Research quality resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences using approved supplier resources.
    • Assist with coordinating chosen services and keep confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information organized.
    • Maintain strong client communication by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes when needed.
    • Review arrangements carefully for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain detailed client records, and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
