    Job Summary

    THMG Obstetrics and Gynecology Wyomissing Reed Ave is looking for a PA, NP or CNM to join their team. This is a 36hr./wk. position. The role of the Provider will be in a practice setting to:

    • Perform annual exam and problem-based exam.
    • Order and interpret diagnostic testing related to patient treatment including mammograms, x-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans, blood tests deemed necessary by provider to treat the patient.
    • Diagnostic testing should not be limited and will be ordered by the provider as seen fit in the treatment plan of the patient.
    • Perform office procedures such as: obtain pap smears, cultures, skin, vulvar, vaginal, cervical, or uterine biopsies.
    • Treat HPV/molluscum contagious lesions.
    • Incision/drain lesions or abscesses.
    • Catherization, Insert/remove contraceptive devices including implants and IUDs, Application of dressing/bandage, Removal of foreign bodies, Emergency management.
    • Analyze data and form a differential diagnosis and develop an assessment and treatment plan.
    • Dispense medications according to the state regulations and categories.
    • Counsel patients on medical procedures and medications related to their care.
    • Request, receive, and sign for professional samples and may distribute professional samples to patients.
