Position Information Position Title: Prelicensure Community Public Health Adjunct Nursing Faculty

Position Summary California Baptist University, an evangelical Christian university affiliated with the California Southern Baptist Convention, invites applications for the following faculty position: Prelicensure Medical Surgical Adjunct Faculty. Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and evidence a clear understanding of and commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service through the integration of the Christian faith and learning.

Pay Range

Qualifications

• A masters degree in nursing is required.
• An applicant with a nursing undergraduate degree (e.g., BSN) and enrolled in a graduate program is eligible.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• A minimum of one-year direct patient care within the past five years in the designated clinical area is required.
• Must be eligible for teaching approval by California BRN.
• Must have an unencumbered California registered nurse license.

Teaching Responsibilities Candidates are expected to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service activities that support the mission of the College of Nursing and the University.
