Preconstruction ManagerLead preconstruction efforts from initial pursuit through project turnover. Develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates, budgets, and GMPs. Provide value engineering solutions to optimize cost and design. Conduct constructability reviews and collaborate with design teams. Manage subcontractor bidding, scope alignment, and procurement planning. Serve as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies early in the process.
