Preconstruction Manager

One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add a Preconstruction Manager. This role leads planning, budgets and early project strategy. It works closely with owners, design teams and operations.

 

Responsibilities:

-Lead budgets, constructability reviews and value engineering

-Manage the estimating team and the bid process

-Work with owners and architects in early design

-Support pursuits and client presentations

-Hand projects smoothly to operations

 

Requirements:

-8+ years in commercial estimating or preconstruction

-Experience leading a team

-Strong communication skills with clients

-Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
