Job TitlePreconstruction ManagerJob DescriptionLead and mentor estimators and junior team members. Develop detailed cost estimates covering labor, materials, and equipment. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Plan project timelines, sequencing, and procurement strategies. Manage prequalification packages and bid submissions. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing. Ensure timely and accurate submission of estimates and budgets. Provide regular updates to leadership and client stakeholders. Identify risk factors and develop contingency plans. Stay current with estimating tools, technology, and industry trends.
