Preconstruction Manager

Strong backlog of work on a Regional level Relationships that have lasted over multiple decades Proven experience in construction estimating (commercial GC experience preferred). • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects from conceptual through hard bid
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop detailed scopes of work
• Lead or support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and bid preparation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, consultants, and trade partners
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the Nevada construction market
• Collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure seamless project handoff
• Support business development efforts through networking, client meetings, and market intelligence
