A growing construction company is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support bidding, proposal development, and preconstruction activities across a diverse portfolio of public and private projects. Description
* Lead RFQ and RFP preparation, proposal development, and bid submissions.
* Maintain subcontractor databases and support estimating operations.
* Monitor lead-generation platforms and identify upcoming project opportunities.
* Coordinate preconstruction documentation, reporting, and bid organization.
* Partner with leadership and project teams to support business growth initiatives.
Profile
* 5+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or proposal management within the AEC industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong proposal writing, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience supporting public-sector or government-related projects is highly desirable.
Job Offer
Salary: $135,000 - $140,000 + discretionary bonus
