Job Description

Lead RFQ and RFP preparation, proposal development, and bid submissions. Maintain subcontractor databases and support estimating operations. Monitor lead-generation platforms and identify upcoming project opportunities. Coordinate preconstruction documentation, reporting, and bid organization. Partner with leadership and project teams to support business growth initiatives. The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or proposal management within the AEC industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proposal writing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting public-sector or government-related projects is highly desirable.

Salary: $135,000 - $140,000 + discretionary bonus. Hybrid work schedule, relocation assistance, and a strong emphasis on 40-hour work weeks.
