Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop preconstruction strategies.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive bids.
- Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all preconstruction activities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Support contract negotiations and budget finalization.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Preconstruction Manager / Estimator should have:
- 5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a general contractor
- Experience developing conceptual and detailed construction estimates
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and project costs
- MEP estimating or technical MEP knowledge is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
