Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on budgets and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
• Develop and present project proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends to ensure competitive and accurate estimating.
• Support the transition from preconstruction to active project management.

Profile

A successful Preconstruction Manager / Estimator should have:

• Proven experience in preconstruction, estimating, or a related role in the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard estimating tools and software.
