Preconstruction Manager / Estimator

Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify requirements.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on budgets and timelines.

Identify and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase.

Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.

Develop and present project proposals to internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor market trends to ensure competitive and accurate estimating.

Support the transition from preconstruction to active project management.
