Someone that has a good personality/communication skills that could be the lead Preconstruction Manager in Atlanta selling commercial restoration work- EIFS, masonry/concrete, waterproofing, cladding/recladding, etc. Preferred candidate will have 10+ years experience as a Preconstruction Manager or Estimator with experience with large commercial restoration commercial construction projects.
