This role will lead estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction efforts while collaborating closely with owners, architects, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Description
- Lead preconstruction planning for commercial construction projects from early review through proposal preparation.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope and key project needs.
- Develop cost estimates that support accurate project pricing and planning decisions.
- Prepare bid packages and coordinate information needed for subcontractor pricing.
- Compare subcontractor proposals and identify scope gaps or pricing differences.
- Work with construction teams to develop project schedules and preconstruction deliverables.
- Communicate project assumptions, costs, and scope details to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized preconstruction records to support project handoff and execution.
Profile
A successful Preconstruction Manager - Any Commercial should have:
- Experience with commercial construction preconstruction activities.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Experience preparing construction cost estimates and bid submissions.
- Ability to evaluate subcontractor pricing and scope details.
- Experience developing project schedules and preconstruction plans.
- Clear communication skills for sharing cost, scope, and schedule information.
Job Offer
