What You’ll Do
- Run and oversee manufacturing equipment to keep production moving efficiently.
- Conduct in-process and final quality checks to uphold strict standards.
- Assemble components to specification with accuracy and consistency.
- Keep your work area orderly to support safety and speed.
- Partner closely with team members to achieve output targets and timelines.
- Immediately report equipment issues or safety risks to supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand skills and knowledge.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Collaborative mindset and reliable communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude and adaptability to new processes and technologies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
